Yu77 Terms and Conditions – Platform Usage Rules

1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any service available on the platform yu77 – including Sports Betting, Live Casino, slots, crash games, and any other features – you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agreed to these Terms and Conditions, as well as the Privacy Policy and the guidelines of Responsible Gambling of yu77.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not authorized to use yu77's services. Continued use of the platform following any updates to these Terms constitutes automatic acceptance of the new conditions.

2Eligibility

To create an account and use yu77's services, users must meet all of the following requirements:

• Have at least At least 18 years of age at the time of registration;
• Be a Brazilian resident with a valid CPF in good standing with the Receita Federal;
• Have full legal capacity to enter into contracts, in accordance with the Brazilian Civil Code;
• Not be enrolled in any active self-exclusion program, whether through yu77 or any other recognized platform;
• Not be an employee, partner, affiliate, or immediate family member of an employee of yu77 or any game provider featured on the platform.

Yu77 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts created with false information or by individuals under 18 will be closed immediately and balances retained in accordance with applicable Brazilian law.

3Registration & Account

Each user is entitled to only an active account at yu77, linked to your CPF. Creating duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all accounts involved and the cancellation of available balances.

During registration, users are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including full name, CPF, date of birth, a valid email address, and an active Brazilian mobile number. yu77 may request additional documents for identity verification (KYC – Know Your Customer) before authorizing withdrawals or in cases where fraud is suspected.

• Account responsibility: Users are solely responsible for all activity carried out using their login credentials.
• Password confidentiality: Never share your password with anyone. yu77 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone.
• Data update: If any personal details change (phone number, email, address), the user must update their registration immediately through the account dashboard.
• Inactive account: Accounts with no activity for more than 12 consecutive months may be classified as inactive, with prior notice sent to the user.

4Deposits

Yu77 accepts deposits exclusively through the payment methods available on the platform, all in Brazilian currency (BRL – R$). Currently accepted methods are:

All deposits are processed in BRL (R$). yu77 does not accept deposits in foreign currency. Deposits made by third parties may be refused or reversed; yu77 may require proof of account ownership before crediting any such amount.

Yu77 does not charge fees on deposits. Any fees charged by banks, card providers, or digital wallets are the sole responsibility of the user.

5Withdrawals

Withdrawals at yu77 are processed exclusively via Pix, to the Pix key registered under the account holder's CPF. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not accepted, regardless of any family or personal relationship with the account holder.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: BRL 30.00 per request;
• Default maximum amount: R$ 20,000.00 per request (VIP users have higher limits – see Section 9);
• Processing time: Up to 5 minutes for standard users; priority processing for VIP Silver members and above;
• First withdrawal: May take up to 24 hours due to the initial KYC verification requirement.

Yu77 may temporarily suspend withdrawal processing to carry out additional security checks, notifying the user by email. If verification is not completed satisfactorily within the established timeframe, the balance may be held until the account is brought into compliance.

6Sports Betting

Sports Betting at yu77 covers a wide range of sports, with a strong focus on football (Brasileirão Série A and B, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, Sul-Americana, and state championships), volleyball (Superliga women's and men's, Nations League), basketball (NBB and international competitions), MMA and UFC, e-sports, tennis, and more.

Bets confirmed by the yu77 system before the official start of an event are considered valid. Bets placed after a match has started are only valid in the live betting markets available at the time of confirmation.

• Odds errors: yu77 reserves the right to void bets placed at incorrect odds resulting from a clear technical error. The user will be notified and the full staked amount refunded.
• Cancelled or suspended events: If an event is cancelled before it starts or suspended without resumption within the competition's regulatory timeframe, all bets will be cancelled and stakes returned to the account balance.
• Official results: yu77 uses the official results published by the organizing body of each competition as its reference. In the event of an appeal or subsequent review after bets have already been settled, the original result stands for payment purposes.
• Cash Out: The cash out feature allows users to settle a bet before the final result. The cash out value is calculated in real time based on current odds and may be less than the original stake.
• Accumulator bets: In accumulator bets (multiples), if one event is voided, the overall odds are recalculated based on the remaining valid events.

7Casino

The yu77 casino section features Live Casino games with real dealers (European roulette, blackjack, baccarat), slots from certified providers, crash games, and other digital entertainment formats. All available games are supplied by licensed providers and audited by independent random number generation (RNG) certification bodies.

• Disconnection during live games: If a disconnection occurs during an active round, the outcome will be determined by the natural completion of the game on the server, regardless of the user's presence. The system records the round state on the server in real time.
• Published RTP: The theoretical return to player (RTP) for each slot is available in the game information section within the yu77 platform.
• Bet limits: Each casino game has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, displayed before each round begins.
• Technical malfunction: In the event of a technical failure during a casino game that prevents a round from completing properly, the bet will be cancelled and the stake returned to the user's balance.

8Bonuses & Promotions

Yu77 regularly offers welcome bonuses, seasonal promotions, cashback, and other special deals. Each promotion has its own specific terms, which should be read in full before opting in. The general rules that apply to all bonuses are:

• Rollover (wagering requirement): The bonus amount must be wagered the number of times specified in the promotion's terms before it can be withdrawn. The standard requirement ranges from 5x to 15x the bonus value;
• Expiration date: Each bonus has a deadline to be activated and a deadline to complete the rollover. Bonuses that are not activated or whose rollover is not completed within the set timeframe will expire automatically;
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally toward rollover. Bets on certain Sports Betting markets and casino games may have a reduced or zero contribution. Please refer to the terms of each promotion;
• One bonus at a time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active per account at a time;
• Withdrawal before rollover completion: Requesting a withdrawal before completing the rollover will cancel any remaining bonus balance. Your own deposit balance remains available for withdrawal;
• Abuse prohibition: yu77 reserves the right to cancel bonuses and withhold winnings in cases of abuse, including placing bets on low-risk events to artificially meet rollover requirements, creating multiple accounts, or any other practice that constitutes misuse of the promotions system.

9VIP Program

The yu77 VIP Program is a loyalty system with five tiers (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond), calculated automatically based on cumulative wagering volume. For every R$ 10.00 wagered on sports or casino, users earn 1 VIP point.

• Auto-progression: VIP level is calculated and updated in real time as points are accumulated;
• Expanded withdrawal limits: Each VIP tier has progressively higher daily withdrawal limits, ranging from BRL 20,000.00 (Bronze) to BRL 100,000.00 (Diamond);
• Cashback: Users at Silver level and above are eligible for cashback on losses, as detailed in the table on the VIP Program;
• Account manager: Gold, Platinum, and Diamond members have access to a dedicated account manager;
• Priority withdrawals: From the Silver level onwards, withdrawals receive automatic priority in the processing queue;
• Level maintenance: yu77 may set minimum activity requirements to maintain benefits at each tier. Details are available on the VIP Program page.

10Prohibited Conduct

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited on yu77 and may result in immediate account suspension or closure, balance cancellation, and reporting to the relevant authorities:

• Creating multiple accounts with the intent of accumulating bonuses or circumventing restrictions;
• Collusion between bettors to manipulate results or odds in live betting;
• Use of automated software (bots, scripts, arbitrage tools) to gain an unfair advantage;
• Money laundering or use of the platform for any activity that is illegal under Brazilian law;
• Submission of false information during registration or verification processes;
• Unauthorized access attempt to another user's account;
• Promotion abuse, including low-risk bets coordinated to meet rollover requirements;
• Use of insider information about competition results before their official announcement.

Yu77 continuously monitors betting patterns and suspicious behavior. Accounts identified as engaging in prohibited conduct will be closed without prior notice, with possible balance retention pending an internal investigation.

11Security

Yu77 employs robust security measures to protect user data and account balances, including 256-bit SSL encryption across all communications, identity verification (KYC), two-factor authentication (2FA) available to all users, and continuous monitoring for suspicious transactions.

• User responsibility: Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential. If unauthorized access is suspected, the password must be changed immediately and yu77 support must be contacted;
• 2FA: Enabling two-factor authentication in your account security settings is strongly recommended;
• Phishing: yu77 will never ask for your password, banking details, or card information via email, chat, or phone. Any communication of this kind should be reported immediately.

12Responsible Gambling

In cases of compulsory account closure due to a breach of these Terms, any balance linked to bonuses or winnings obtained through prohibited conduct may be cancelled without entitlement to compensation.

14Limitation of Liability

Yu77 is not liable for financial losses resulting from users' betting decisions, internet connectivity issues on the user's device, temporary service unavailability due to scheduled maintenance or events beyond the platform's control (force majeure), or content on third-party websites that may be linked.

The yu77 platform is provided as-is. yu77 strives to ensure continuous availability, but does not guarantee that the service will be available without interruption at all times.

15Changes to the Terms

Yu77 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, with at least 7 days' advance notice to the user via their registered email and by publishing the updated document on this page with the revision date indicated.

Continued use of the platform after the new terms take effect constitutes tacit acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with the changes, you must request account closure before the new terms come into effect.
